Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Clusra collects when you use clusra.com and sites hosted on clusra.app, how we use it, and what you can do about it. Clusra is run by Aevo Technologies, a fully remote software company.

• Account details: your name, email, handle and avatar.
• Profile fields: anything you add to your developer profile.
• Projects and deployments: the projects you create and the deploys we run for them.
• GitHub details: the installation IDs of our GitHub App, which let us read and deploy the repositories you choose.
• Activity: what you do on Clusra, such as deploys and posts. This powers things like the leaderboard and Wrapped.
• Content you post: Rant posts and anything else you publish on Clusra.

• To sign you in, by email one-time code or GitHub.
• To build, deploy and host your sites.
• To show your public profile, posts, leaderboard rank and Wrapped.
• To run paid plans and handle billing.
• To keep Clusra safe and stop abuse.
• To contact you about your account and important changes.

Your profile at clusra.com/profile/<handle> is public by design. So are your Rant posts and the sites you deploy.

You choose which projects show on your profile. Don't put anything there you want to keep private.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us run Clusra:

• GitHub, for sign-in and to read and deploy the repositories you choose.
• Paystack, to take payments. Your card or bank details go to Paystack, not to us.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare and Vercel.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

You can:

• Edit your profile and choose which projects are shown.
• Remove our GitHub App from your GitHub account at any time.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Close your account.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your email and GitHub account safe too.

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. For bigger changes we'll let you know by email or in the app. See also our Terms of Service.

This policy is governed by the laws of Nigeria, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
